Founded by Sarah Beckett-Reid, a graduate of Norwich City Catering College with over 20 years experience in the catering industry.
Sarah is meticulous about every detail of her food and its presentation, and as head chef she is at the centre of each
and every event, from conception to completion.
Based in Norfolk, with an abundance of amazing produce on the doorstep, emphasis is placed on
quality, flavour,
presentation, seasons and the environment.
Every effort is made to source local produce including; free range eggs,
locally farmed beef, lamb, venison and poultry, Norfolk cheeses, smokehouse fish,
FAIRTRADE teas, coffees, sugar, fruit, vegetables and hand-crafted bread.
